TrooFind™ provides a housing and integration for tracking technology. GenXUnited Holding does not provide tracking services directly. * All location-based services are provided by the Apple Find My or Google Find My Device networks.

• We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or uptime of these third-party networks.

• Your use of location services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective network providers (Apple Inc. or Google LLC).

The TrooFind™ sleeve is designed to assist in locating household items.

• No Guarantee of Recovery: While our products are designed to aid in finding lost items, GenXUnited Holding does not guarantee that your item will be found.

• Property Damage: GenXUnited Holding is not liable for any loss of property, data, or secondary damages resulting from the use or failure of the TrooFind™ device or the associated third-party tracking networks.

• Battery Safety: This product uses a CR2032 lithium coin cell battery. Users assume all risk associated with battery replacement and handling. Failure to follow safety instructions regarding coin cell batteries can result in serious injury or death (See our Battery Safety Warning).

Battery Safety Information

This device uses a CR2032 lithium coin‑cell battery. Lithium coin‑cell batteries can be dangerous if swallowed, mishandled, or improperly replaced. Please read and follow all safety instructions carefully.

Risk of Ingestion

• Keep batteries out of reach of children at all times.

• If a battery is swallowed or inserted into any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention. Serious internal burns may occur within 2 hours of ingestion.

• If you suspect a battery has been swallowed, call your local emergency number or poison control center immediately.

Handling & Replacement

• Only replace the battery with the same type (CR2032) or an equivalent manufacturer‑approved model.

• Do not use damaged, swollen, or leaking batteries.

• Do not attempt to recharge, disassemble, crush, puncture, or expose the battery to heat or fire.

• Insert the battery with the correct polarity (+/–). Incorrect installation may cause overheating, leakage, or explosion.

Storage & Disposal

• Store batteries in a cool, dry place, away from metal objects that may cause short‑circuiting.

• Do not dispose of batteries in household trash. Follow local regulations for battery recycling or hazardous waste disposal.

• Do not incinerate batteries, even when depleted.

Device Safety

• Stop using the device immediately if you notice unusual heat, odor, discoloration, or leakage from the battery compartment.

• If leakage occurs, avoid contact with skin or eyes. If contact happens, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
