Refund & Warranty Policy

At TrooFind™, we stand behind the quality of our products. As a brand of GenXUnited Holding, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your TrooFind™ sleeve doesn't meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Returns)​

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your TrooFind™ sleeve to initiate a return for any reason.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and the tracking module (if applicable).

  • Process: To start a return, email us at support@troofind.com with your order number. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on where to send your package.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. One-Year Limited Warranty

Your TrooFind™ sleeve and integrated tracking hardware are covered by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the date of original retail purchase.

  • What is Covered: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used normally in accordance with our published guidelines.

  • What is Not Covered: This warranty does not apply to:

    • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, or broken plastic/silicone).

    • Damage caused by accident, abuse, liquid contact, or fire.

    • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or "jailbreaking" the internal firmware.

    • Normal wear and tear or battery depletion (batteries are designed to be replaced by the user).

  • Your Remedy: If a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, TrooFind™ will, at its option, either (1) repair the defect at no charge, (2) exchange the product with a new or refurbished replacement, or (3) refund the purchase price.

3. How to Obtain Warranty Service

If you encounter a technical issue or believe your product is defective:

  1. Visit our Support Page (www.troofind.com/support) to try the Factory Reset steps.

  2. If the issue persists, contact us at support@troofind.com.

  3. We may require proof of purchase and a description (or photo/video) of the defect to assist with the diagnosis.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Returns: For "change of mind" returns within the 30-day window, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Warranty: If a product is confirmed to be defective under our 1-year warranty, TrooFind™ will cover the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired item back to you.

5. Consumer Law

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state, province, or country. The benefits provided by our 1-year warranty are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by local consumer law.
