Processing time

Once sales open, orders will typically be processed within 1–3 business days.

Where we ship

We plan to ship within Canada and the United States at launch, with additional regions added only where all required regulatory approvals are in place.

Rates & delivery

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Duties & taxes

Any duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless stated at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels
